Need to make a claim? Relax. You can rely on us to make life easy. Better still, we promise to deal with your claim quickly and fairly. Just follow our 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Have your policy number to hand (you'll find it at the top of your policy schedule)

Step 2: Call our claims department on 0844 412 4296* no later than 31 days after the event please.

*Our opening hours are Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday to Sunday - Closed

Step 3: Let the friendly team help you make your claim.

Please note that if your claim relates to a medical condition, you will need to ask your GP to complete a medical section on your claims form. In common with most travel insurance, any costs charged by your GP for this service cannot be claimed for.
